What we are about
InterArts Fresno is about bringing classical music and opera to where people are, meeting them on their terms and in their communities. It is about producing world class performances, without compromise, while maintaining classical music’s relevance for both engaged and underserved audiences.
We need your tax-deductible support to help us get off the ground, engage artists, and build grassroots enthusiasm throughout the community. We hope to build a network of supporters with our newsletter, to bring our vision of an interdisciplinary, vibrant arts company to the Central Valley.
Ways you can participate
Host a concert: We need volunteers who are willing to open up their garages for community concerts or their homes for fundraising events. More details here.
Donate: We want to build a grassroots network of micro-donors. Imagine if everyone who is interested in what we are doing donated $1 a week or $5 a month? It would give our audience a direct voice in the arts, and it would give us the freedom to not be beholden to the whims of a few wealthy donors (as many arts organizations are) or have to spend untold staff hours and resources applying for and maintaining grants (as essentially all major arts organizations do). People power is what we are striving for! Joins us!
